Terms & Conditions

  1. A deposit of £500 is payable at the time of booking for our Silver, Gold, Platinum or Platinum Plus Packages. A deposit of £300 is payable at the time of booking for our Midweek (mon-Thurs) Packages. The remaining balance is payable 8 weeks before the wedding date.
  2. It is agreed that that the deposit paid at the time of booking is non refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer.
  3. It is agreed that in the event of cancellation by eXpression photography any fees or deposits paid will be returned to the customer.
  4. Although eXpression photography shall exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence, in the event of any unforeseen circumstance causing loss of photographic record, eXpression photography will only be responsible for the return of all monies paid.
  5. eXpression Photography shall be granted creative licence and artistic licence in relation to the choice of locations and poses used. eXpression Photography’s judgement on photographic style shall be deemed correct. Due to weather variation, availability & willingness of subjects and variations in locations, expression Photography will do their best to honour requested photographs, but do not guarantee any specific picture, background or group arrangement.
  6. Permission is granted for eXpression photography to display the photographs, enter them for competitions, exhibitions, publication in magazines, newspapers, books or on the internet.
  7. I agree that the copyright of the photographs belongs to eXpression photography (Copyright, Designs & Patent Act 1988), and it is an offence to copy or permit copy any of the photographs without eXpression photography’s written permission.
  8. Our Digital Story Book Album prices are based on eXpression Photography supplying a minimum of a 28 page album, additional pages can be added to the album at an additional cost. Please contact us for further details.
  9. Our Contemporary Matted Album prices are based on eXpression Photography supplying a 20 page (10 leaves) album, additional pages can be added to the album at an additional cost. Please contact us for further details.
