Siobhan & Matthew chose the stunning setting of Leez Priory for their big day.
We managed to avoid the April showers and we’re blessed with a lovely April day with plenty of sunshine. I took full advantage of the weather and got some great shots of lovely couple around the fabulous grounds of Leez Priory. The day was full of fun & laughter and I thoroughly enjoyed being part of Vorn & Matthew’s big day.

Sophia & Joe chose the lovely Garden Court at Hanbury Manor for their wedding ceremony and reception
Both Sophia and Joe were really excited about their big day, which was an absolute pleasure for us to capture! With lots of lovely details, emotional readings, beautiful surroundings and lots of laughter, the day flew by before we knew it!

Athena & Donovan we blessed with the most fantastic weather for their March wedding, I think the thermometer was showing close to 70F at one point in the day. We arrived early at Hanbury Manor to capture some pre-ceremony shots of the bridal party, it was then off to The Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and St Joseph in Ware for the ceremony and then back to the stunning Hanbury Manor for the reception and evening festivities.
After the ceremony I whisked Athena & Donovan away for 20 minutes in order to get some stunning portraits of them both. Hanbury Manor is blessed with so many locations both inside and out for producing great shots of the happy couple. Athena looked stunning in her dress, which, was made by Vera Wang. Their day was packed full of fun events and wonderful cultural touches. I thoroughly enjoyed witnessing the Chinese Tea Ceremony (first time for me) and also the groomens games, which was hilarious (see some pics below). Athena & Donovan are a fantastic couple and both have a fantastic sense of humor and a real zest for life. Thank you so much to Athena & Donovan, their family and friends for making us feel so welcome on the day. Here are just some of my favorites put together on a slideshow. We photographed Samantha & Jeff’s beautiful wedding last year and it was a special day for us as not only was it also our wedding anniversary but they also chose the stunning Parklands for their venue (which is where we also had ours!).
So, when Sam contacted us to tell us the news that they were expecting a baby, I was thrilled to be the one to go and take some pictures of the happy couple and Sam’s perfect little bump, under the baby and bump side of our business, Smile Baby!
I thoroughly enjoyed the shoot, not only to take their pictures again, but also as a chance to catch up and reminisce about their beautiful day! Here’s a sneak peak of a few pictures from the maternity/bump shoot – I think you’ll agree that Sam looks absolutely fabulous (and you too Jeff!

Claire & Andy chose the beautiful Garden Court at Hanbury Manor for their March Wedding.
As recommended Photographers at Hanbury Manor, we were delighted to be back at Hanbury to capture their big day! We started the day with Claire where we took a few shots of her getting ready and then headed off to meet Andy and his groomsmen at Garden Court.
An emotional ceremony followed with both tears and laughter, then the happy couple with their guests braved the March weather outside for a lovely drinks reception!
We took the couple around the gardens and then over to the Manor House for pictures before ending with a shower of confetti and welcoming them into their wedding breakfast!

Just wanted to say a very big thank you to you both so very much for the AMAZING Wedding Album, you did an absolutely superb job of designing the layout of our photo selection – it is perfect! We couldn’t have asked for anything more you have both been great from start to finish, and what a perfect way to end with this perfect album, a lasting memory of such a special day!

Gemma and Adam chose the beautiful Parklands, Quendon Park to host their beautiful civil ceremony and wedding reception.
Gemma and the girls got dressed in the stunning bridal suite, accompanied by her parents, which allowed me to capture some beautiful pictures before the ceremony commenced. I also spent some time outside with Adam and the guys to make the most of the beautiful winters day and Parklands grounds.
The happy couple chose the banqueting hall for their ceremony, and reception drinks followed in the main house. With the weather being so kind, I was also delighted to be able to get outside for pictures including the courtyard, a tree lined path and by the lake, which I hope you will agree, made for some beautiful pictures of the couple.
I then stayed on for speeches and the first dance, finishing the evening by capturing friends and family as they partied the evening away!
Another lovely wedding and the last of 2011. Congratulations to Gemma & Adam for such a lovely day!

Hannah & Aydin chose the week before Christmas for their beautiful winter wedding at the Manor of Groves.
Hannah looked absolutely beautiful in a one-shoulder dress and long sleeves, whilst Aydin looked the part in a stylish suit and a large entourage of ushers and best men!
The couple got married at the Manor of Groves Golf and Country Club, near Sawbridgeworth with Hannah and her dad arriving in style in a stretch mini. A lovely civil ceremony followed and whilst the weather prevented us from getting outside, we took advantage of the lovely hotel interior and took some beautiful pictures of the happy couple, friends and family celebrating the occasion.
The happy couple were then announced in by a drummer and musician, which really made for a fantastic entrance!
Congratulations to them both – we hope they enjoyed their first Christmas and New Year as a married couple!
